I just bought a Garmin Nuvi 1450 LMT GPS. When I lock the screen, the screen turns itself on and off intermittently. I haven’t used it enough to discover if there’s a pattern to it. My question is whether this is supposed to happen? If it is not supposed to do that, I would like to return it in the 45-day window. Thank you so much.

Hello,
The screen should not do that.
Downloading and install or reinstalling the latest firmware using the Garmin WebUpdater will fix most issues.
If the WebUpdater does not fix the issue, then you may want to call Garmin Support for assistance.
