For instance, what precise obstacles are challenging me? How are these obstacles getting in the way of my victory? How is my inner self-interfering with my progress? What do I know? Recall largely plays a role in finding ways through visualization and affirmation to solve problems.

For instance, at what point in my life did I have similar challenges? How did I handle the challenges then? Do my friends face similar challenges? How are my friends handling their problems? Who is struggling like me? It is important to acknowledge differences in order to build a rock solid foundation to stand on through the problem solving challenges.

When you move to solve problems using visualization and affirmation, you want to ask questions.
